Taking Windows and Doors Off Your Punch List

The Quality Assurance Program takes action early in the project, as a way of avoiding unnecessary delays and cost overruns. Our team of experts will provide insight and assistance to ensure your windows and doors are installed correctly, in order to avoid call-backs and warranty challenges in the future.

The goal of the Quality Assurance Program is to ensure the lasting performance and long-range success of your Marvin and Integrity installations.

Pre-Installation Meeting

A pre-installation meeting with you and your installation crew to review specific Marvin/Integrity product specifications, proper installation techniques and specific installation methods. Meetings are done the day of delivery or prior to the delivery by appointment.

Jobsite Walkthrough

Before siding and exterior trim are applied, a Technical Consultant (TC) will meet with you before doing a walk-through assessment of the units. The TC will assess units for: manufacturing quality, installation and any concerns that may affect warranty issues.

Quality Assurance Report

Following the job site walk-through, the TC will meet with you to answer any questions and demonstrate any needed corrective measures. Additionally, the TC will also make adjustments, identify any problems and replace select parts if needed. A copy of the information report, site photos and owner’s manuals are issued.

After project completion, if parts are needed to be ordered, the process is expedited. LOCAL service teams will see the matter through to the end.
